Ernst Bohne Antique Gnome Figural Candle Holder Set 2 Candlestick Black Forest

We are delighted to offer one of the most interesting antique sets of candle holders that we have ever found. 7″ tall each, marked on bases with Ernst Bohne Sogne (sons) blue anchor stamp dating from approx 1856-1900’s Germany.  In addition each has “EBS” stamp and number 312 inside the base.

Fantastically detailed Gnome woodsmen are climbing onto “faux” stag horn trees on the lookout for something wonderful!  The details on the figures are outstanding; so much so that it took several looks to determine these weren’t actually carved wood but fine porcelain. Lots of photos to see details.

  • German black forest type motif, these are “statement” pieces that will be the standout of your display or collection.
  • Condition overall is excellent, only imperfections are on the top candle holder part of the Gnome with the lantern – there is a tiny chip on rim, and the top has been expertly repaired with a few visible cracks. These do not detract from how well these display. 
  • Unique opportunity to add these to your collection; unlikely to surface again.

Prince Purple Rain Vintage Promo 32 oz Footed Glass Goblet Movie Album Tour Rare

Purple RainArtist PRINCE “Purple Rain” vintage nearly 7″ tall large footed glass, holds a whopping 4 cups of liquid. 3-1/2″ across, wide-mouth.

Possibly a promotional mug from his 1984 Prince Purple Rain Tour or a promotion for the album or the movie; I could find no others available online.

Glass is clear; I put white paper inside to show off the bright purple graphics. Thick and substantial glass.

Madame Alexander Cissette 900 Box Tosca Fashion Doll & RARE #842 Velvet Outfit

MACThis listing features a pre-owned but absolutely gorgeous and near mint original Cissette Tosca doll #900 in box along with outfit #842. Originally issued as a set “for afternoon tea at a friend’s house,” very scarce and hard to find. Doll and set are outstanding and pristine. MAC2

Set includes chic black velvet sheath, pink chiffon hat, earrings, black sandals, stockings, bloomers. Only thing missing is necklace. Doll is beautiful, great face coloring. Box has some light general wear. TERRIFIC opportunity to add a pristine doll AND a gorgeous outfit together.

World of James Bond LE 100 Poster Robert McGinnis Germany Roemer Museum 1998

James BondVery scarce original German poster designed by renowned artist Robert McGinnis. Designed for the 1998 James Bond exhibition at the Roemer und Pelizaeus Museum in Hildsheim Germany for a full visual retrospective on the “Art of James Bond.”  They asked McGinnis to design a simple poster showcasing the first 5 actors who played 007. 

Features Sean Connery, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and George Lazenby all wearing the classic tuxedo and holding the gun with silencers. 

Text is German language.

Rare as it was issued in a very small edition of only 100 red and 100 yellow, so ours is one of only 100 in yellow.

Condition is overall very good with only issue being it was somewhat creased in center during storage. Not mint because of this, but I show the creases in the photos so you can be aware.   Poster displays beautifully and the small creases do not significantly detract from how impressive and dramatic this poster is.

Measures 23″ x 33″, will be shipped rolled.

WW II Aircraft Lithographs Lot 4 Ted Grohs Fuller Paint Bombers Series A / B

LithosWe recently acquired a very nice collection of WWII Bomber and Fighter Plane Lithographs done by Ted Grohs and sponsored by Fuller Paints. He was both an artist and designer of airplanes. I believe these were customer give-a-way items in the local hardware store during and after the war.

Included in this lot of 4 are the following:

– American Built Consolidated 32 “Liberator” Heavy Bomber with British Insignia

– Handley-Page “Hampden” Medium Bomber with British Insignia.

Headingley Full Grain Leeds England Tobacco Pipe 5 1/2 Inch Briar Tobacciana + Many More Pipes

Pip 2We recently acquired a nice unusual collection of Estate Pipes mostly from Europe.  These pipes are in very nice condition with only minor bit wear.  It was very difficult to find information on some of these pipes so I have included several pictures.

Featured here is a pipe marked Headingley Full-Grain Made in Leeds England with a shield outline with a lion in the middle.  Please examine pictures closely for more details.  The pipe is very clean with a Stem in good condition and measures 5 1/2 Inches.  Please see all of our Pipes and many other collectible items in our Connectibles eBay Store.

Art Deco Bakelite Table Desk Lamp 1930s Catalin Skyscraper New Wiring Works

Art Deco LampWonderful 1930’s Art Deco skyscraper lamp with new wiring; works perfectly. I’ve seen some identified as being made by Chase but other than the number on the bottom base, I see no identification information. Cast iron base. Beautiful sleek look!

Has top finial for shade.

Overall very good condition;  single split in the bakelite on the base but that is only real imperfection and can be turned to the back.Art Deco Lamp 2

You may want to polish, but I think the bronze/brass metal has a wonderful aged patina.

Concentric rings on the bottom are so very iconic with the shape.

Measures a substantial 24″ to top of the finial fitting; lamp base alone is 14″ high x 5-1/2″ across on bottom.
