Pictured is a charming lot including 3 original 1936 Madame Alexander Dionne Quintuplet 7″ composition baby dolls, each sitting in an original vintage Strombecker wood rocking chair.
Delightful for display!
Includes:
- 3 dolls, all marked Dionne and Alex or Alexander on back of head and back. VERY good condition with nice hand painted faces; two of them have the left arm slightly askew and not completely in the socket but nothing that seriously detracts.
- Some crazing, some wear to paint on fingers; look at photos carefully for condition details. Doll in pink has a pencil mark on back that we did not try to clean; doll in yellow has the initial “M” on back, perhaps for “Marie”.
- Dresses are reproductions and in very good condition.
- Two have newer bloomers.
- THREE Strombecker 1940’s – 1950’s wooden rocking chairs are all stamped on base, measure 7″ high, and overall very good with general light wear.
These, and many other vintage / new dolls are available in our ebay store connectibles.
