Last photo shows the body styles of the Starlette and the Finouche; you are ONLY purchasing Finouche Brigitte & her baby doll in this listing.

Beautifully and safely made in EU, all are hand painted, phthalate-free vinyl, with sophisticated clothing ensembles. You’ll want to collect them all! New and never removed from original box.

  • Signed Ezan, France circa 1920’s to 1930’s Art Deco period, with glorious rich coloring.

  • Pristine condition, has been carefully stored for nearly 90 years!
  • Shown under regular lighting on a black velvet background; positively gleams.

From the internet research: “It cannot be ruled out that Ezan glass was produced at Choisy-le-Roi, where the finest quality of French opalescent glass of its era was produced. It only takes one look at the opalescent glass by Ezan, to know that it is a glass of undeniable quality and is `up there’ with the likes of Etling, Verlys, and even Lalique.”
Ezan was best known for their production of Art Deco opal table lamps, sconces and chandeliers, but offered very few bowl patterns. Noblet 45 France Vintage LeBlanc Clarinet 1963 Completely Refurbished, Case

ClarinetPictured here is a wonderful vintage Noblet 45 LeBlanc Clarinet in original case, Paris France.

Has just been completely refurbished by a professional instrument repairman who declared it in excellent condition, plays beautifully. We don’t play so can’t add any more to that description, but we trust him! Have included a photograph showing the receipt of payment of $275 for all the refurbishing and reconditioning that he did and we will include that with the clarinet.

All pieces have same number, 35489, dating to approx 1963.

Highest quality, 26-1/2″ tall, excellent condition.

LeBlanc accessories in the original leather and velvet-lined case. Assume the oils are no longer potent, but interesting to have.

Excellent example of a fine intermediate to advanced level clarinet.

Lamp ShadeGorgeous pre-owned glass beaded fringe style lamp shades for wall sconces, chandeliers, table lamps. These are 5″ long with the fringe, 3″ across at the top, clip on clamp.

Beautiful iridescent glass beads are gleaming!

French ormalu type metal filigree work on the bands, unmarked. Likely French or Czechoslovakian.

Compact RARE 1937 Envelope Souvenir de L’Exposition Internationale Paris Deco

compactWe’re selling a wonderful group of vintage compacts, fresh from local collector.  This listing features one of the more rare compacts in the shape of a mailed envelope.  Only similar one I could find sold at Christies in 2011 for over $2700. We are opening ours at a fraction of that price.You can find the similar one sold by Christies by searching for “POUDRIER SOUVENIR DE L’EXPOSITION INTERNATIONALE PARIS 1937.” compact2

“Madame, Un Souvenir de l’Exposition Internationale, Paris 1937” is written in French on the front, along with what appears to be an original 1937 authentic postmarked stamp that has been sealed in upper right hand corner. Back has a facsimile of a wax seal on an envelope with the number 1937 embossed.

  • Closes all the way, but will not stay closed and clasped.  Cream color enamel has some marks and irregularities around the borders but nothing that seriously detracts. Mild wear to the lettering.
  • Stamped “M.I. Austria” on the inside
  • Powder residue remains, and original screen is very good condition. Mirror has some mild mottling but is intact and original to 1937.
  • Measures 3″ x 2-1/2″
  • VERY interesting addition to a serious compact collection.
