This was an estate find and we will be listing many more Eerie magazines in the coming weeks. Although I know little about comic books, I did read the grading system that is used. Based on that I would say this issue would be graded Fine / Very Fine. The cover retains its vivid color and graphics. The cover art work is by Frank Frazetta.
