Offering a beautiful antique Copeland Spode fluted plate with hand-painted transferware pattern of a flying crane with palm trees and butterfly.
Marked with appropriate Copeland “B2” and signed by artist, dating to pre-1891 era. Has an impressed date mark of S72 if I read it properly, which would be September 1872.
