From a charming turn-of-the-19th-century seaside “Gingerbread cottage”, these gems are now available to be shared & admired again. These are the nicest we’ve ever offered in terms of condition, assortment, and design. Similar to “Sailor’s Valentines”, outstanding detail and patience are required for these one-of-a-kind hand-made pieces dating from the late 1800s to early 1900s.
Features here are one of the highlights of the collection. A miniature “dresser” complete with a mirror, “faux bois” painted sides, and elaborately decorated. Remarkable detail down to the mock drawers & faux brass handles. An artist over 100 years ago took great care with the placement of the miniature shells and the overall artistic designs.
